Who is responsible
Tokenbridge Global Limited, a private company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with registered office at 52 Ayia Thekla Avenue, 5330 Ayia Napa, Cyprus, is the controller of personal data processed in connection with this website. Contact: enquiries@tokenbridgeglobal.com.
What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and contains no tracking or advertising technology. Typefaces are served from this website’s own domain rather than from a third party, so visiting a page does not disclose your IP address to any external service.
The enquiry form on the contact page does not transmit anything. It composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send or discard. Nothing you type reaches Tokenbridge Global Limited unless you send that email.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and browser user agent. This is processed for the purposes of operating and securing the site, on the basis of legitimate interests, and is retained only for the period applied by that provider.
Correspondence
If you contact us by email, we process the contact details and the content of your message in order to respond and, where a relationship follows, to administer it. That processing is on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interests. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for those purposes and for any applicable legal, regulatory or professional record keeping obligation.
Recipients
Personal data may be shared with our hosting and email providers acting as processors, with professional advisers, and where required with competent authorities. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Requests may be sent to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
